parked at HACC, ran up and around wildwood, then came back down to law enforcement track and ran 4 X 1 mile intervals, at 6:24, 6:23, 6:27, 6:23, with .50 jog recoveries in between....tough workout, pushed really hard and got real tough on last mile(10th mile), then jogged down to HACC lot.
