warm, humid, and muddy.....still coming off injury with my left pelvis...was expecting mostly a hike, but late this past week, it really loosened up. i haven't run much the last 3 weeks.... i started really slow. used short strides throughout..didn't really run any of the short hills throughout....got to Petroleum Center at about 3:38....past alot of people that were struggling. if healthy, felt as though i could have run a 6:30 ish.
