Brooks Adrenaline - GTS 19
ran with Abby on Rt. 54....did a 9:21 first mile...then walked .25 of a mile, ran easy for .75 of a mile, then push hard last .25(1:30). she did very good...total for 2 miles of running was 18:55....i then ran 4 easy miles down on Sinepuxent.
