ran the BFT with Gary Bowman and Cassie Lizza. started at Rt. 44 and ran clockwise and finished at the Hotel Manor in Slate Run. a beautiful day on the trails. not many climbs on this day. the trail itself was not technical and had a bunch of beautiful views of the pine creek gorge and surrounding areas.
