1:24:06-1:15:25......cold, trail covered in snow...ran with Caryn, Maggie and Sherry the first 7 miles..legs/left calf feeling better and better. overall felt good to run early and get a long run in. Caryn ended up running a total of 14 miles...nice morning to run.
