Started north at Rt. 41 and went south and finished at Rt. 341(Macedonia Rd.). another very humid day. the trail was much more runnable than the day before in NY. there were a couple boulder scrambles, but for the most part, nice trails. had plans to complete 45 miles, but was taking longer than normal. humidity wiped me out. Joe Church ran with me the last 11 miles and i felt better during that time. Caryn, Joe, and Marie Clark helped crew me.
