nice, sunny morning on Presque Isle...seemed to pace well early, stopped at every other water stop for first few, walked roughly every 3 miles early. later on second lope felt good up until 20, then seemed to break alittle. tough coming down through, left hamstring tighted around mile 24, kicked hard at end....completely exhausted at finish, not pleased with time.....possibily should have run another 20 something long run before race. Caryn ran 30:45 5K race.
