ran with Anne Weaver...parked at Trindle Rd. and ran up to Duncannon and back down...Kristen Mam planted water at rt. 850 and met us at Duncannon to give us snacks....overall long day on feet, which is what we wanted. took it easy throughout. i was lightheaded at end and had to pull over on way home and threw up alot of water and orange. nice day with Anne.
