weather conditions very bad.....wind and rain were tough to run in. wind gusts could have been 30+ mph and rain the whole time. tried to pace well early, ran into headwind around mile 4 through turn around about mile 7....finished with the wind for most part. disappointed with time, but was expected with bad conditions.
