beautiful day to run, sunny and cool with a breeze....ran the first half in 1:52:25, felt good up until about mile 22, then appeared to hit the wall, had to run/walk the last 3 miles...overall, as expected. not in shape at all. goal time was 3:50 or better. again, it's time to start training and eating better. going to start by running every day between memorial day(5/28) and independence day(7/4)!!
