ran streets of Dauphin, Caryn picked the course, very hilly! ran last 2.1 miles in 19:23 and last 1/2 mile in 4:03. overall, tough/good long run. please with Caryn also ran it earlier in the day and finished it. she must have stopped at both Kelly/Josh's house and her parents house to "refuel".
