from lot south for 13 miles(1 mile past Rt. 641) and back....warm day with a breeze. thought it would be worse. i took my time the whole way and felt good at the end. 1 banana, 2, gels, combos, 1 bottle tailwind, and 65oz. of water...counted 42 NOBO hikers...stopped and talked to a few women from GA, NY, and CO. overall, pleased with the run.
