ran with Kristen Mam, Anne Weaver, Cassie Lizza, Brett Wiley, Jim Shwalm, Matt Sabath, Christy Gray...John Weaver ran by himself....ran south to the General(about 8 miles). at that point Cassie, Kristen, Anne, and I went up to top then down other side to Rt.325 area, made left and took trail out...cut up sand trail to top, then all the way down blue trail past AT to the railroad bed(rocky before railroad bed), and back through.....there was a re-route at the beaver dam off the a.t...fun/nice morning for a run...was expecting about 20 miles...took longer how rocky some areas were. left glute/pelvis much better...need to continue to stretch.
