at R.B. Winter State Park....very cold.....looped course of 1.6 miles. completed 12 loops....half trail, half road....mostly snow and ice covered. used ice trekkers to start, but they were rubbing, so removed them and still moved well. felt good throughout. fun atmosphere. should go up again.....went up with Brian and Joe Campbell.
