Notes
a nice, runnable trail race through woods and fields. great aid stations(1 about every 4 miles), well marked course. i took it easy and kept about an avg of 9:45 min/mile for the first 10 miles or so. there was a few hills around mile 10-15, then around mile 25 and at the end that were surprising. thought it was supposed to be all flat....fun time....a great day to run..weather was great...cool, with a breeze. sun came out later on.
