beautfiul race i ran with Caryn...the first half was somewhat flat. ran along the coast for a few miles, then cut inland and ran back country roads. the second half was more rolling hills. overall, a great experience by both of us. i surprised Caryn at the start by running with her the entire way. we took pictures. i felt fine afterwords, not real tired at all. Caryn was shooting for a 4:24. we had a great vacation that was memorable! we had also met Tommy Lenoard, who started the Falmouth Road race (7 miles) and was the main man who started the Falmouth road runners and the marathon.
