tough run..warm/humid..took duncannon watershed to main road, made a left, crossed over 850 on to mountain rd and run up mtn. to rt. 34, made left and the immediate left on wildflower rd and continued up mtn to power line..the powerline was blocked off and overgrown, so I turned around came back through. there was spring around the bottom of mtn rd that I took advantage of or it would have be bad. I did the run/walk thing going back up watershed..i even had to stop running down hill since I had no energy...did eat well the past few days either.
