nice fall run, beautiful weather...Caryn biked along with me. started at City Island, went across bridge and continued south on Greenbelt. finished up crossing bridge and going around City Island once. felt good throughout, Caryn kept me company. legs felt good throughout with nice pace finishing up along river.
