on treadmill...incline set at 15, speed set at 5, held weight starting with 30 lb up to 70 lb 1 minute each, then running 1 min without weights, with 2 min level recovery........................then incline set at 15, worked on speed, started at 7.5 for 1 minute, 8.5 for 1 min, etc up to 11 mph with 2 min jog recovery............tough workout.
