track was wet and muddy....became very windy throughout the day...reversed direction every 5 miles, then became comfortable running clockwise....Michelle Cross was on the track when i got there. Rick Michael joined me for about 5 miles, then left and came back and ran another 5 with me. John Faust then joined me for about 2 miles as well....overall went well. got tough with the muddy track and wind..originally wanted 50 miles. went to Drue's birthday party afterwards.
