1 easy, 4 yasso's, 3:13, 3:11, 3:09, 3:07, with 8:57 jog, then 1 mile gradual uphill at 9:00-9:30 min pace, then 1 mile at 7:30 pace with gradual speed increase until all out sprint the last .25.....1 easy....tough workout!
