Caryn ran her first marathon! it was an ideal day to run. i started out easy, took advantage of the downhills early. i still felt good in middle stages of the race.....at mile 18, was at 2:22:44... took advantage of every aid stop, thought i'd have trouble late in the race because of the hills, but wasn't has tough as originally thought. Caryn ran a 4:34:24 and was 1471st out of 1941 total runners...overall, a great day, Caryn and I were both real happy with results.
