the main topic of the day was the weather....ran, sleet, and wind....tough running throughout. i felt comfortable once running. i made sure i paced well, didn't want to go out too fast. the bridge was tough with wind and freezing rain hitting us. i finished strong the last two miles averaging about 7 min miles. overall, wanted to keep at least a 7:15 pace. pleases with results. Caryn also ran well running it at 1:28:06.
