very humid/foggy morning...took my hand held with tailwind..also had spare bag of tailwind, salt tablets, and 3 gels with me....we did a different loop from last year and i liked it. for some reason, i threw up the second mile..not sure why. i was fine after that..i paced well throughout. was looking to push hard the last loop, but volunteer/friend Adeline Ntam wanted to run with me...we talked the whole time...may have effected a little of my time, but overall pleased with how i ran. Mandy Pierce, Bob Gaylor, Katie Kaier, and others were there....fun run.
