Notes
1:58:16-2:02-34.......beautiful cool and sunny morning...perfect conditions. the course seemed different than 5 years ago...seemed like there was more gravel path and less road, which i liked. i felt good and had a nice, easy pace up until about mile 20, but once we went from road back onto gravel for the out and back 3 miles, i slowed....i finished strong, though. the left glute was a little sore early, but loosened up and was ok...i ran with Keith Straw for a mile or so....it was his 400th marathon! overall, i'm pleased with how i ran considering i haven't been in marathon shape for awhile... Caryn ran the half marathon in 2:11. it was a good weekend.
