it started down at the inlet and went up to 68th street, then back down.....nice morning for a run. had a good pace going up, but when coming back we were running into the wind and slowed down the last couple miles....mile 9 was a 8:29 mile...slow! I wanted a 1:15...Caryn wanted between a 1:35 and 1:40 and she ran a 1:40. overall, i'm disappointed with the way i finished....wanted to finish strong. they had soup and beer at the end. we may run it again.
