overcast and humid to start...kept around an 8:30 per mile pace for 16 miles, then gradually got slower. by mile 21, tried to keep running, started run/walk...hung tough for last 2 or 3 miles....overall, as expected. didn't train well at all, not in as good as shape as i should've been. around mile 20, realized my main goal was to finish sub 4:00 mark.
