1m, 3m (21.13), 1.5m.........ran from pull off past mike n pennies, up past pool, through manning neighborhood, along stoney creek, along river, back to pull off......good steady pace with m.p., not out of breath, but not easy either...pace is more up tempo now then previous months, feels good
