Gentle progression from 8:00 to 6:30 ish for final mile. Felt ok. Damn I feel heavy - healthy eating starts today. Must lose some pounds and get some fire back in the legs before Oxford... and that damn track 5k the week after! Does that mean doing some speedwork? I guess it does. Get to it Tom.
