Notes

Big hills. Pace varied between 10:30 and 7:30 according to terrain, HR roughly constant. Legs felt a bit better. Went the length of the Imber Ranges trail and then back into town taking the scenic route down Watery Lane, over the river and through the farm houses. Still no hot water back in the gym changing rooms - freezing showers are good for waking up.

This is a tough old route. 4 major climbs and a few minors. If I were to race this course I doubt I could run it in under 1:35.
