Slow recovery jog. Achilles and calves very sore and tight following hill work and barefoot yesterday. Barely breathing, felt like I was still asleep. Still, kept it under control and nice and slow.

Might try a few strides at lunchtime if the legs have eased off, need to get them turning over properly before Sunday - Nobby said something about "muscle viscosity"... my legs are feeling very viscous at the moment.
