Notes

Fairly gentle fartlek. 3m warm up then about 3 miles total of harder efforts from 1k to 1mi at about 6:00 pace, warm down. Didn't want to do too much after Tues hill session. As legs get stronger this session should morph into more formal mile reps @ about 10mi - 1/2m pace.
