I went out faster than I had planned but I felt comfortable. Then at mile 4 my foot started hurting, the same one that I hurt so badly a few days ago I could barely walk, and my stomach and back started hurting. It was a very long next 6 miles as all three hurt and my pace dropped from sub 7 to 7:30-7:45. The last 5k things started to feel better but I was tired by that point.
The last bit was really cool as you run through Miller Park and you have every cheering you on. That made it all worth it in my opinion!
