I fell off the horse again. I don't know how I used to run so consistently. Doing the 2 miles wasn't that difficult so it's not that it's daunting. My current guess is that I'm getting too far ahead of myself and then say I don't have the time. My big thing I'm going to try is focus on this week only. I'm going to run 17 miles this week over the 7 days. 4 days of 2 miles and 3 days of 3 miles. That's it. That's not hard at all. I've run a couple marathons and this is 17 miles over 7 days. No problem. Can't wait to get out again tomorrow!
