I went out cautious about not running the 1st mile to fast, I felt good and hit my 1st mile @ 6:59.4, was feeling it by the 2nd @ 7:07.9, but still had enough to speed up a little chasing Kelly Pickard (ha!)...not able to catch her but my chip time was faster by 2 seconds ...LOL, good after party with the Frisone crew, No Bill again, hope he's back next week. HA!
