|Why do I run:
I run to stay in shape. I run to feel good. I run to get fresh air. I run to see nature. I run to think. I run to improve. I run to stay healthy. I run to be a role model to my athletes. I run to better myself. I run for me.
|Why I started running:
Well, like many, I didn't like to run. My brother, who is a year older than me, starting running cross country in high school. When I entered high school I had two options, either run cross country or wait and do nothing until our parents picked us up. So, I decided on the former. Here we are, 15 years later and I'm still running.
