Listing the seq for future ref but from now on will call Seq 2.
All seq roughly 60-100m with equivalent jog back
1) arm circles ccw while jogging
2) arm circles cw while jogging
3) side skips L with arms
4) side skips R with arms
5) high knee butt kicks
6) carioca with high knee L
7) carioca with high knee R
8) fwd skips with clap under knee
9) fwd walking lunges
