Week 2 Day 1 Fall Sprint Training
4-5x30m starts (100m startline), 3min rest
4x40-60m starts (200m startline) 3-5min rest
Did 4x30m and 4x60m. Heel would not allow me to get a strong pushoff on rt foot. Can't reliably get on ball of rt foot without serious pain. Still, put out a reasonable effort.
