Kremlin shocked me and did 2 miles with only one brief stop. We also had a bit of a stumble when I called out a right turn too early. Oops! Poor doggie. He was so confused. So proud of him today, though. He is improving both his endurance and attention span.
Well, skipped my own run today. My rt heel has been a bit more sore than usual with all of the recent walking. Plus I've been catching up on sleep.
