Week 3 Day 2 Sprint Training

3-4x30m starts (100m startline), 3min rest

3x40-60m starts (200m startline) 3-5min rest

Did 4x30m and then 3x60m. Tried hard today. Left quad, rt heel and rt shoulder hurt.. Nothing new hurt afterwards so...win.
