Week 3 Day 1 Sprint Training
4-5x200m @ 80-87% with 3-5 min rest
Did 5x200m with 3 min rests. A little disappointed in myself. Did have to go around traffic for 2 of the efforts but they weren't as fast as I would like. The effort was there. Heel is still a problem but didn't get any worse. Left quad a bit tweaked after the 4th and 5th repeats where I really turned on effort for the 2nd 100m. Sigh. Keep trying.
