Miles by myself. The first 6 were at a decent pace, then I kind of fell apart. It is hard to run without eating in the morning. This time I had a peppermint candy between the dog run and this one and it seemed to help. I feel hopeful about this coming week. No matter what, I will just keep trying to get the miles in every day until I get used to the new pattern.
