pretty ok workout. had some ass soreness still from lift just had to get through it. felt aerobically totally in control the whole time. wish the second 2k was more even but thats ok. felt really slow on the 200s, definitely because of ass soreness. fuck running with michael and paul. they turn workouts into a dick contest right away and then drop after rep 2
