pretty decent performance. 10th overall feels pretty cool even if its a scrub meet and its cool to be a scoring member of the team. in hs I never even dreamt of scoring for our team so im happy to be able to do it now. had no real plan going in and found myself with tommy early on so decided to try and stick with him. lost him on the little downhill after goat hill and never managed to get back with him which I should work on at pre regionals. gotta take the downhills faster I guess and work on pack running. michael and I should try and stick with tommy next week. my weak point in xc has always been the last 1 to 2 miles of a race and today was no exception. actually come to think of it probably the only guys that passed me in the last mile were ben foster and the other denison guy but that makes sense as they weren't goin hard at all and had a lot left to kick. pretty excited to see how the season unfolds i think that my fitness is catching up to the mileage ive been running for a while now
