i have decided to take my time off now, a bit earlier than anticipated. ive gotten mentally exhausted from running and I need some time to just chill and let my body rest. i want to have a good summer of training so i think i need to just relax and get ready for that. im gona do rest of this week and all of next week off prolly
honestly i think we arent gonna have in person classes in the fall which is super depressing. to think that kenyon as i know it is finished makes me pretty bummed. regardless i think that i need to continue training as if we have xc in the fall just for my own sanity.
