ngl this sucked. i think i went into it without enough food and in the last four miles i felt it. also felt like i was beginning to experience heat exhaustion. i think running more than 10 miles in this heat is legitimately dangerous for my health. i
am going to try to get the majority of my mileage done in the dark now that its gonna be shit weather all the time. at the very least I know that my problems with running dont have much to do with my aerobic fitness or my strength in the ol legs. its just the other dumb shit i choose to do like running at 3 pm after consuming less than 1k calories
weighed in at 139.1. 10 lbs down since leaving campus in march. thats really concerning man. last time i was in the 130s i was 16 yrs old. i dont know what to do because i try to eat 4 to 5 meals a day but clearly thats not enough. maybe i need some weight gain shakes??? or maybe running this mileage is just unsustainable for my long term health?
