ngl this sucked. i think i went into it without enough food and in the last four miles i felt it. also felt like i was beginning to experience heat exhaustion. i think running more than 10 miles in this heat is legitimately dangerous for my health. i

am going to try to get the majority of my mileage done in the dark now that its gonna be shit weather all the time. at the very least I know that my problems with running dont have much to do with my aerobic fitness or my strength in the ol legs. its just the other dumb shit i choose to do like running at 3 pm after consuming less than 1k calories

weighed in at 139.1. 10 lbs down since leaving campus in march. thats really concerning man. last time i was in the 130s i was 16 yrs old. i dont know what to do because i try to eat 4 to 5 meals a day but clearly thats not enough. maybe i need some weight gain shakes??? or maybe running this mileage is just unsustainable for my long term health?

wow yeah thats big weight loss, make sure ur staying strong and eating as much as you can whenever,, at 100 mpw you basically gotta be eating always... if you lose more weight it could be dangerous but its probably ok where it is. i don't think the weight is neccessarily bad but dont dig yourself in a hole in july

yeah i think i feel good where i am. i have pretty much stabilized at 140-142 which should be ok as long as i dont go lower at all. just trying to be diligent eating like 5 meals a day and weighing myself after every run
