watch keeps telling me my hr is in the 120s which seems quite low. i mean i do feel that i am in quite exceptional shape right now easily the best of my life but its hard to imagine what that would mean in terms of actual results. the race predictor thing says 16 min 5k which seems possible if i had some time to do more specific targeted workouts. but then again it is just a silly watch application so there is no telling what it actually signifies
