felt pretty solid not sore from yesterday. I think that doing leg day once a week has really been beneficial to my muscular strength and recovery in the legs.felt like most miles were probably 7:00 - 7:30 pace which felt pretty easy. may run tomorrow. If i do ill be over 80 miles again. I'm sitting at 87 for the past 7 days which is pretty high so there's no need to push it if I don't feel like it.
