same kinda lift as last week. bench press was 1x12 @ 95/ 1x10 @ 115/ 3x8 @ 135/ 1x5 @ 140/ 1x5 @ 145/ 2x5 @ 150 then dropset at 95. good progression. similar to weights from last week
