a decent run. wanted to do 18 but got hit with a real nasty side cramp in the last 3 or so. needed to eat more before this. nice day outside. I've had a hard time getting myself motivated to run recently . 61 in 5 days isnt bad or anything but i wanted to be consistently in the 80s this month. i guess with the ankle roll last weekend and having to travel to Kenyon the weekend before were a couple setbacks that have led to 3 weeks of 60 something
